Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Life happens...we get it! We believe in kindness, understanding, and respect. It is our hope that you can provide us with at least 48-hours notice for any cancellation so that someone else can benefit from your time slot. We make communicating the need to cancel or reschedule easy...you can call, text, or email. Late Arrivals: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however certain treatments are extremely time sensitive due to our schedule and our staff’s availability. Please understand if you’re late, we may need to adjust the service to accommodate our schedule or reschedule your appointment altogether.
