Our Appointment Policies

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS: For anyone who is unsure of what treatments would best meet their needs, we offer a consultation with one of our experienced aesthetic providers to discuss your goals and develop a treatment plan that makes sense for you.

Consultations may be scheduled in conjunction with a treatment or as a standalone option. Please let us know your preference so that we can schedule adequate time for the service(s) you'd like.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY: Life happens...we get it! We ask for 24-hours notice for any cancellation. We require our clients to keep a credit card on file for this reason. Late cancellations or no-shows can expect to be charged a $50 fee. We make communicating the need to cancel or reschedule easy...you may call, text, or email. 

 

​LATE ARRIVALS: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however certain treatments are extremely time sensitive due to our schedule and our staff’s availability. Please understand if you’re late, we may need to adjust the service to accommodate our schedule or reschedule your appointment altogether.
